Eng. Eyad Fareed Al Mashni
Founder & CEO
Eyad Fareed Al Mashni, Founder and CEO of Al Emtyaz Facilities Management, leads the company’s strategic direction and overall operations, bringing more than 17 years of experience in facility management, operations, logistics, and project development.
He has held multiple executive roles across local and international markets, managing enterprise-level projects, digital transformation initiatives, and sustainability programs in partnership with global organizations.
Eyad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from The Hashemite University, and a Professional Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Sustainable Strategy Development with AI from Oxford College of International Studies (UK).
A recognized leader in smart facility management and sustainability, Eyad has forged key international partnerships with Airbeld (EU) for indoor air quality systems, CAFM IMS (Kuwait) for digital facility management, and Sigma EV (Jordan) for electric vehicle charging solutions.
His leadership reflects a strong commitment to innovation, environmental responsibility, and operational excellence, earning him recognition among the Top 5 Winners in the HPE Partner Ready Marketing Pro Academy (CEEMA) under his leadership, Al Emtyaz continues to expand regionally toward sustainable smart-building solutions.
Eng. Jalal Abdulaziz
Project Manager
Eng. Jalal Abdulaziz serves as the Project Manager at Al Emtyaz Facilities Management, where he oversees the execution and supervision of diverse projects across the commercial, governmental, and educational sectors.
He leads a specialized maintenance team responsible for building restoration, waterproofing, renovation, and technical maintenance, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and quality performance.
With over a decade of professional experience, Eng. Jalal has successfully managed numerous high-profile projects, including the Queen Alia International Airport, King Hussein Business Park, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of International Planning, Jordan Media City, International Schools Group, and several public sector facilities such as the National Aid Fund.
He is known for his hands-on leadership style that combines technical and administrative expertise.
Eng. Jalal has played a key role in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintenance operations and ensuring the application of the highest safety and quality standards across all projects.
His leadership continues to enhance Al Emtyaz’s reputation as a trusted partner in facility management and sustainable operations.
Eng. Anas Abdelqader
Technical Consultant & Training Manager
Eng. Anas Abdelqader serves as the Technical Consultant and Training Manager at Al Emtyaz Facilities Management, where he leads and supervises electrical inspections, site supervision, energy auditing, and specialized technical training across multiple engineering disciplines.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Electronics & Communications) from Amman Ahliya University (2003), graduating with distinction (91.7%) and ranking first in his faculty. He is a Professional Engineer (P.E.) accredited by the Jordan Engineers Association (JEA) and has been honored multiple times among the Top Innovative Engineers by the JEA.
Eng. Anas is also an accredited trainer with Oxford College of International Studies, JEA Academy, GIEE, IEEE, and AEE, and has conducted numerous workshops in energy efficiency, electrical safety, and renewable energy systems.
He has authored 12 books in electrical engineering, reflecting his deep expertise and contribution to technical education and professional development.
In addition to his role at Al Emtyaz, Eng. Anas contributes to the development of technical training curricula at Bright Minds Academy, the training arm of Al Emtyaz, where he designs specialized programs aligned with global standards to build engineering and technical capacities.
Eng. Anas continues to play a pivotal role in elevating the company’s technical excellence and advancing sustainable energy practices across projects and training initiatives.
Amer Al Homsi
Digital Marketing Specialist
Amer Al Homsi serves as the Digital Marketing Specialist at Al Emtyaz Facilities Management, where he leads the company’s digital marketing strategies, website development, and SEO optimization.
With solid experience in digital transformation and content marketing, Amer has played a key role in building Al Emtyaz’s online presence and expanding its visibility across local and regional markets.
He specializes in web development, SEO, paid campaigns, and digital branding, and has developed comprehensive digital marketing policies and communication frameworks aligned with the company’s sustainability and innovation goals.
Amer also manages marketing analytics and performance tracking (KPIs) to evaluate campaign results, optimize reach, and ensure that all marketing efforts deliver measurable business value.
His data-driven approach continues to strengthen Al Emtyaz’s digital footprint and corporate image.
Batool Hamdan
Training & Support Specialist – CAFM IMS & Airbeld
Batool Hamdan serves as a Training and Support Specialist at Al Emtyaz Facilities Management, focusing on the implementation, training, and user support for CAFM IMS and Airbeld systems.
Her role combines technical enablement and sales support, providing end-user training, developing educational materials and user guides, and ensuring a smooth adoption experience for clients.
Batool also contributes to the company’s sales and marketing efforts by assisting potential clients, presenting system demonstrations, and helping expand the digital transformation footprint of Al Emtyaz in the region.
Her approach bridges the gap between technology and customer experience, ensuring that clients achieve maximum efficiency and satisfaction from both systems.
