As part of its strong commitment to social responsibility and sustainable community development, Al Emtyaz Facilities Management – Jordan took part in the “Eco-Friendly Neighborhood” initiative, launched by Musanadah Association for Development and Empowerment in cooperation with UNRWA and various community organizations, in celebration of World Environment Day.
Promoting Greener, Sustainable Neighborhoods
The initiative aims to enhance the urban environment and encourage positive environmental behavior within residential communities by carrying out maintenance, painting, and renovation activities that transform local neighborhoods into eco-friendly and sustainable spaces.
The project has been officially nominated for the “Al Hussein Bin Abdullah II Award for Voluntary Work” this year, in recognition of its contribution to promoting volunteerism and sustainable environmental practices in Jordan.
Al Emtyaz’s Contribution to the Initiative
Al Emtyaz Facilities Management played a key role in ensuring the success of the initiative by providing:
- Skilled labor teams, tools, and technical equipment for maintenance, insulation, and cleaning operations.
- Exterior paints and decorative plaster materials to beautify buildings and enhance the community’s visual appearance.
- Active employee participation in on-ground volunteer work alongside local community members.
These contributions reflect Al Emtyaz’s broader vision to combine professional facility expertise with social impact, fostering long-term sustainability beyond corporate boundaries.

Mrs. Alia Abu Jaber, Director of Musanadah Association for Development and Empowerment, praised Al Emtyaz’s continuous involvement and partnership, stating:

Honoring Eyad Fareed Al Mashni
During the event, Mr. Eyad Fareed Al Mashni, Founder and CEO of Al Emtyaz Facilities Management, was honored by UNRWA and Musanadah Association for his leadership and the company’s consistent role in promoting environmental sustainability and volunteerism across Jordan.
He emphasized that this initiative aligns with Al Emtyaz’s mission to integrate sustainability values across both business and community operations, saying:
“At Al Emtyaz, we believe that true development begins within our communities. Our role as a private sector partner is to support initiatives that make a real difference on the ground — environmentally, socially, and humanely.”
A Call for Collective Action
The event concluded with a collective call for public and private institutions to participate in similar initiatives aimed at creating cleaner, greener, and more sustainable neighborhoods across Jordan.
Organizations were also invited to join as official sponsors or partners in future phases of the “Eco-Friendly Neighborhood” program.
